I unsuspectingly bought 2 pretzel rolls among other items - € 1.10 each, I was shocked! Has been there a couple of times in the meantime - I've never seen friendly service. Today was the very last time I bought something from this bakery.

€ 1.10 for a pretzel roll - I don't think you heard the shot. And then not even fresh pretzels, a decent selection of rolls or a friendly, quick service on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. This is how you run such a branch including Milaneo. Thank goodness there are enough reasonable alternatives in the vicinity.

Absolute cheek! I paid € 3.50 for my bread roll, there were two slices of camembert on my own. The rolls are sham packs and the staff reacts unfriendly to requests for more toppings.

I'm speechless!!! For a sandwich, ask for more than € 3.00 and then there are only 2 mini slices of thin ham on it. The whole thing is then prepared so that it looks like more. You should be ashamed to charge such prices. Even the one star is still a lot. And then you have to allow yourself to be overlooked as a customer.

Service speaks bad German. Tables are not cleaned. Schnitzel breads are felt from the day before. Not particularly tasty in and of itself. Absolutely not recommendable.

Prices as at the master baker (95c for a pretzel roll and € 1.60 for a buttered pretzel) Quality and taste don't even come close to the price. The opening times in the morning are good, there is no other bakery in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the price is being exploited mercilessly

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. I ordered two rolls with toppings (cheese and tomatoes). Then I got something completely different. When I kindly pointed this out to the saleswoman I was not only turned on stupidly, but was not allowed to exchange the rolls for my actual order. So I was tied to two dry rolls that I didn't even order. Definitely my last visit there !!!

The bakeries are fine but the staff are not friendly at all. Better to improve service quality. It will be a lot better

We were there for breakfast. The shop assistant was pretty rude, but the breakfast itself was fine.

We drank coffee and ate Berliner Ball, both were delicious. Only the tables and the floor were not clean, many black flies flies around the table, that bothered us a lot.
